Figure drawing with a live model is happening again! For ages 18 and over! Mark Thibeault will be on hand to suggest poses for the model and to answer questions but this isn't a fully instructed group. No experience necessary, please note there will be a nude model some nights.

Learn the basics of oil painting with Michelle Gazely in this 2 day workshop. This energetic oil painting workshop is for beginner painters and those looking to add oil paints into their art practice. Studio materials, colour mixing, composition, and brush strokes will be explored. Alla prima (wet on wet) painting will allow participants to finish multiple paintings. From painting exercises to final paintings, the aim of this workshop is for participants to enjoy the process and paint fearlessly. There will be a 1/2 hr break each day. All supplies included.

Creative Expressions is a workshop rooted in the concept of art as healing with Art Therapist Julie Chaplin of Insight Art Therapy. We will explore a variety of art materials using simple, fun, therapeutic directives to help you tune into your own inner creative and gain insight, clarity, and wisdom. No art experience required. All supplies included.

Learn how to make a digital drawing or painting using your iPad, a stylus and the app Procreate. Practice using Procreate brushes, layers, and masks and then make your own digital drawing in the style of your choice. Bring a photo to use as a reference. You will need to bring your own Ipad and come with your own copy of Procreate installed. There will be a 1 hr break.
