Art has played a key role in social and political critique, protest and change. This two part workshop will be an overview of how artists have employed the creative process to provoke thought and action from citizens. Participants will brainstorm ideas of how to express these visually. Participants will create art which reflects their concerns and consider ways they can share this with the general public.
